Some examples:

  • An outhouse company was looking to have more predicatable and stable growth. We added recurring sales to their outhouses. We did this by adding in a ‘season prep’ package to protect the wood and brickwork for $750 twice a year, whilst extending the guarantee period from 10 to 20 years. $750 twice a year over 20 years is an extra $30,000 per customer.
  • A client in the education space had a 2% higher than average refund rate. We figured out how to turn those refunds into more revenue through affiliate deals with similar companies. We ended up writing this strategy up as an article on Inc.com.
  • A high end custom jewelry client had many live quotes in play but a poor closing rate. We created an automated system to follow up on open quotes and make a personalised offer. It drives $46,000 a month in new sales.
  • A construction client was paying for leads but had too much waste. They ran quotes on only 14% of all leads. So 86% of leads had no engagement at all, and were lost. This represented a monthly opportunity cost of over $140,000. We built a system where these lost leads were engaged and brought back into the live pipeline. This ended up adding $34k in new sales each month.
  • An ecom site was paying for ads and wanted more ROI. We found the ad targeting -> ad -> landing page -> offer -> after sales process was completely mis-aligned and the product was poorly positioned against competitors, creating inefficiencies. After a research project and re-aligning this all up to make a more efficient sales process, marketing ROI increased by 2.6X.
